1“ ‘Kuyothi lapho izwe senilehlukanisa ngonkatho ukuba libe yifa, bese ninikela kuSimakade ingxenye yalo ekhethekileyo, ubude balelo lizwe kube ngamakhubhithi ayizi-25 000; ububanzi bube ngamakhubhithi ayizi-10 000; liyakuba yindawo engcwele, kuyo yonke imingcele yalo nxazonke.
