^{1) "And after these things," (meta tauta) "After these desolation plagues and woes, perpetual woes of desolation," were divinely disclosed against and upon Babylon, the great whore-center-city, and upon the Babylon beast, Gentile Empire. The seals and trumpets and vials and Great tribulation are all over now.}

^{2) "I heard a great voice of much people in heaven," (ekousa hos phone megalen ochlon pollou en to ourano) "I heard a sound similar to a much (huge) crowd in heaven," in unison shouting, crying praises aloud, Revelation 11:15; Revelation 18:20. These witnesses had been giving sanction to God’s judgment on wicked Babylon.}

^{3) "Saying, Alleluia," (legonton hallelouia) "Saying repeatedly, hallelujah! hallelujah, hallelujah!" meaning, “ praise Jehovah God!" Praise Him! Praise Him! Praise Him! For four things as follows:}

^{4) "Salvation," (he soteria) "Because (of the) Salvation," the deliverance, they had from that of Babylon, "To them who look for him" he shall appear "without sin," sins’ judgment, unto salvation or deliverance; It is profitable to look for his coming, dangerous to deny it, Hebrews 9:28; Luke 21:34-36.}

^{5) "And honor," (kai he doksa) "And because (of the) glory," glory due him who saved or delivered them from the doom, that Babylon received, Revelation 4:11; Revelation 7:9-12; Revelation 11:15.}

^{7) "Unto the Lord our God," (tou theou hemon) "Of our God," the God we have believed, trusted, obeyed, and served, because he reigns, Revelation 19:6. What a delightful doxology as a prelude to the marriage of the Lamb! 2 Corinthians 11:2.}

^{1) "For true and righteous are his judgments," (hoti alethinai kai dikaiai hoi kris eis autou) "Because true and righteous or just are (exist) his judgments;” In Judgment God is always right, makes no mistakes, Revelation 6:10; Acts 17:31.}

^{2) "For he hath judged the great whore," (hoti ekrinen ten pornen ten megalen) "Because he (righteously) judged the great harlot, whore, or prostitute," Babylon the great, Revelation 14:8; Revelation 16:7; This great whore sat upon, was supported by, masses of people and ten kings in her fornicating sorcery, and harlotry, Revelation 17:1-5.}

^{3) "Which did corrupt the earth with her fornication," (hetis ephtheiren ten gen en te porneia autes) "Who defiled the earth, consorting in (with) her fornication practice," Revelation 17:2; Revelation 17:4-5; Revelation 17:15; Revelation 17:18; Revelation 18:3; Revelation 18:9. Her sanction of illicit sex intercourse in business and government deals was a part of this Babylonian Romish idolatrous woman’s stock in trade.}

^{4) "And hath avenged the blood of his servants," (kai eksedikesen to haima ton doulon autou) "And he (God) avenged (judged in retribution upon her) the blood of his free-slave-servants," Revelation 18:20.}

^{5) "At her hand," (ek cheiros autes) "Out of her hand," their blood that had been shed at her hand, out of her persecution, Revelation 6:10; Deuteronomy 32:43; 2 Kings 9:7; Luke 18:7-8; Revelation 16:6.}

^{1) "And again they said, Alleluia," (kai deuteron eirekon hallelouia) "And second (in order of four refrains) they said, hallelujah;” There are four (a quartet of) hallelujah shouts of praise to God because of the judgment triumph of: 1) The Christ over the antichrist, 2) The Bride over the Harlot, 3) Their salvation (deliverance) from judgment, and 4) for His reign.}

^{2) "And her smoke rose up," (kai ho kaptos autes anabainei) "And her smoke rises up," in continuity, continually, without ceasing, progressively, as the redeemed of the ages and the Bride, (the church) the Lamb’s wife looks on and rejoices, Revelation 19:7; Revelation 14:11; Revelation 18:9; Revelation 18:18; Isaiah 34:10.}

^{3) "For ever and ever," (eis tous aionas ton aionon) "Into the ages of the ages," forever, without end or cessation of time, of duration, as judgment torments go on, without sleep or rest, day or night, Mark 9:48; Luke 16:22-26; Proverbs 29:1.}

^{1) "And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts," (kai hoi presbuteroi hoi eikosi tessares kai ta tessera zoa) "And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures," The twenty-four (24) elders represent the redeemed twelve (12) of the twelve tribes of Israel, and twelve of the church - the twelve (12) apostles who are to sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel, and the four living creatures represent the redeemed from among the four one world or all Gentile Empires, Luke 22:28-30; Revelation 4:8-11; Revelation 5:8-11; 1 Corinthians 10:32.}

^{2) "Fell down," (epesan) "Fell down," before God upon his (central) throne, similar to what they had done when the seven seal book was given to the Lamb,}

^{3) "And worshipped God," (kai prosekunesan to theo) "And worshipped the true God," and His Son, the Lamb, Revelation 5:8-12.}

^{4) "That sat on the throne," (to kathemeno epi to throno) "Who sits upon the (central) throne," Revelation 4:2; Revelation 4:4; Revelation 4:8-11, with his Son at His own right hand, and in the midst of the throne, Ephesians 1:20; Hebrews 1:3; Revelation 5:6-7; Revelation 5:9-14.}

^{5) "Saying, Amen, Alleluia," (legontes amen hallelouia) "Repeatedly saying, amen, hallelujah," So may his praise ever exist! This is the basis for the Hallelujah anthems, hymns, and choruses Christians sing today, and for the "Amens," ending our songs and doxologies, Revelation 5:14; 1 Chronicles 16:36; Nehemiah 5:13; Nehemiah 8:6.}

^{1) "And a voice came out of the throne," (kai phone apo tou thronou ekselthen) "And a voice came out from the central throne area;” This seems to be the voice of unison from the four and twenty elders, the four living creatures, and the redeemed of the ages as one, calling in unison, one to another for praise to their God.}

^{2) "Saying praise our God," (legousa aineite to theo hemon) "Saying, praise (all of you) praise ye our God;” This is in the spirit of David’s cry "Let the redeemed of the Lord say so," Psalms 107:2 - as Israel from Egypt, the church from the dark ages, the prodigal from the hog pen, etc.}

^{3) "All ye his servants," (pantes hoi douloi autou) "All the servants of him," all of you who are (exist, have your being as) his servants;" This exhortation, whether spoken by the redeemed one to another, or by the angels of glory, evokes or calls for the praise of triumph.}

^{4) "And ye that fear him," (hoi phoboumenoi auton) "Those who fear or reverence him," Revelation 11:16-18; Malachi 3:16-18; Malachi 4:2; Ecclesiastes 12:13; 1 Peter 2:17. As Creator Redeemer, and preserver of all in glory, each servant was exhorted to praise God for the hour of full resurrection and the coming marriage of the Lamb, 2 Corinthians 11:2.}

^{5) "Both small and great," (hoi mikroi kai hoi megaloi) "The small ones and the great ones," In unison, in harmony, in symphony of sound, praise him! Let all the redeemed in his presence lift adoration’s of thanksgiving and gratitude to him. No servant is too small or lowly to sing His praises. No service is too small, faithfully, rendered, to receive His reward, Matthew 10:42; Mark 9:41.}

^{1) "And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude," (kai ekousa hos phonen ochlou pollu) "And I heard a sound like (similar to that of) a huge crowd," Revelation 11:15; a mass of people, a multitude, - apparently the reverberating testimonial harmony of the assembly of earth’s redeemed in glory from the three groups of all the redeemed of the ages awaiting with abated breath the marriage of the Lamb. 1 Corinthians 10:32; Revelation 14:1-5.}

^{2) "And as the voice of many waters," (kai hos phonen hudaton pollon) "And (similar to) like the sound of many (rolling) waters," Ezekiel 1:24; Ezekiel 43:2; Revelation 1:15; Revelation 14:2; Revelation 19:1.}

^{3) "And as the voice of mighty thunderings," (kai hos phonen bronton ischuron) "And (also) like the sound of strong, reverberating thunders," rumbling thunder sounds, as when God spoke to Israel at Mt Sinai, Revelation 6:1.}

^{4) "Saying Alleluia," (legonton hallelouia) "Saying repeatedly, hallelujah," Shout out Jehovah! This is the fourth hallelujah shout as the King, Christ Jesus, is about to come forth to meet, be joined to his Queen Bride, to begin his Millennial reign, John 3:29; Romans 7:4; 1 Corinthians 10:32; 2 Corinthians 11:2; The Bride is the church, Ephesians 3:21.}

^{5) "For the Lord God omnipotent reigneth," (hoti ebasileusen kurios ho theos hemon ho pantokraton) "Because had reigned (all the time) the Lord God all powerful, Almighty," only the world, the earth had not given heed to obey him who had and did reign. The King of kings, Lord of lords, eternal immortal reigneth on and on forever – Isaiah 9:6-7; Daniel 2:44-45; Daniel 7:27; 1 Chronicles 29:11.}

^{I once heard the following droll story of a certain Canadian convert: - He had a dream, he said, one night, 0 that he was translated to heaven, which, to his imagination, seemed very much like a large church or meeting-house (I devoutly trust he was mistaken in that). He said he thought Jesus Christ questioned each one before Him as to his ecclesiastical position. One said he was an Episcopalian. "Then," said Christ, "you can go and sit down in that pew - there all the Episcopalians are gathered together." Another said he was a Baptist; he was in like manner told to repair to another pew. A third said he was a Presbyterian, a third pew was assigned to him; and so of the rest. At last it came to the turn of the poor savage to be catechized; and not being sufficiently up to the nice divisions of ecclesiastical and doctrinal theology, he was afraid that there would be no "pew " found for him. Trembling, he replied, when asked what he was, "I am a Christian, and love the Lord Jesus with all my heart." "Oh, then," said the Saviour, "you may walk all about heaven, and hither and thither just as it pleases you.}

^{1) "Let us be glad and rejoice," (chairomen kai agalliomen) "(Saying repeatedly also) Let us rejoice and let us be exulted," simply filled with gladness; to "be glad" is a state or condition of being, while to rejoice is to show forth that inner gladness, to influence others and glorify God, Luke 15:32; Matthew 5:12.}

^{2) "And give honour to him," (kai dosomen ten dokan auto) "And (in doing this) we will give glory to him," to the Mighty God; the only true God, and to his Son, 1 Timothy 1:17; 1 Timothy 6:16; Revelation 5:12.}

^{3) "For the marriage of the Lamb is come," (hoti elthen ho gamos tou arniou) "Because (there) came (had come) the (time of) the marriage of the Lamb," the highest occasion of joy and rejoicing. The Betrothed, bedecked, all glorious bride Queen approaches the Christ, King of glory, in all his regal majesty to become his wife, as Israel was God’s wife - See Jeremiah 3:8; Jeremiah 3:14; Jeremiah 31:32; John 3:29; Romans 7:4; 2 Corinthians 11:2; Matthew 22:2; Matthew 22:14; Matthew 25:6; Matthew 25:10; Ephesians 5:25-32; Revelation 21:2; Revelation 21:9.}

^{4) "And his wife hath made herself ready," (kai he gune autou hetoimasen heauten) "And his wife prepared herself," made herself ready! Those saints, believers, who after becoming children of God "by faith in Christ Jesus," Galatians 3:26, did something of their own volition, will, or choice by which they became saints. That something was to follow the Lord by obedience in baptism, and commit themselves with other like-baptized believers, to an affinity of fellowship service, thru which they were specially empowered by the Holy Ghost to carry on a world wide and age-long service till Jesus comes. None is a church member, a saint, a member of the house of God, a divine part of the pillar and ground of the truth who is not so identified in this age, Mark 8:36-37; Matthew 28:18-20; John 16:7-11; Ephesians 5:25-32; 1 Timothy 3:15; The faith was once delivered to the saints - the church, She as the bride is to keep this faith, guard it pure, Judges 1:3.}

^{1) "And to her was granted," (kai edothe aute) "And to her it was given," it was granted to her, for special identity and honor; A grant is a gift. Tho all the saved have divine imparted righteousness, thru faith in Christ - there is a special "grant" of outward glory, identity, and glow to those who are members of the church, with baptismal, bridal identity, Romans 6:5; 1 Corinthians 15:41-42 a; 1 John 3:2.}

^{2) "That she should be arrayed in fine linen," (hina peribaletai bussinon) "In order that, (for the purpose that) she might be dressed with fine linen," precious linen. God gave the bride her empowering, but note she "made herself ready," not was made ready by regeneration or Holy Ghost Indwelling. Every child of God is given or granted the privilege of being a servant of God or a servant of the Devil; Baptism and church membership identify one as a member of the church, of the bride, a servant of Christ, Romans 6:16-18; 1 Corinthians 15:41-42.}

^{3) "Clean and white," (lampron katharon) "Clean and lamplight, brilliant," bright and clean; such is the outward manner of moral and ethical walk to which children of God pledge themselves in baptism Galatians 3:27; Romans 6:4; Romans 13:13-14; Romans 12:1-2; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.}

^{4) "For the fine linen is,"(to gar bussinon estin) "For the lamplight, clean and white fine linen of her dress is (exists as);” Both baptismal identity and separated living unto God, in the church constitutes the righteousness of the saints, 1 Corinthians 3:13-15; Ephesians 3:21.}

^{5) "The, righteousness of the saints," (ta dikaiomata) "The righteous and obedient deeds (works);” (ton hagion) "Of the saints;” Restrictedly this is the saved of the church age only who have become members of the church of Jesus Christ, to whom "the faith" was delivered, Judges 1:3; Matthew 28:18-20; Ephesians 4:13. None other constitutes the bride of Christ, the church, or the body of Christ.}

^{1) "And he saith unto me, Write," (kai legei moi, grapson) "And he says to me (John) write, record, verify this in writing," "by reaffirmed inspiration," for clarification. This is an emphatic Divine order to John to write as follows:}

^{2) "Blessed are they," (makarioi hoi) "Blessed (or spiritually prosperous) are those," those also; These include a) all Gentiles, of all ages, redeemed, but who never became members of either the Jewish or church programs of Divinely appointed worship and service, b) The redeemed of Israel, and c) the church, represented before the throne of God by: a) the four living creatures, b) the (24) elders, of Israel and the church, Revelation 4:7-10; Revelation 5:6-13.}

^{3) "Which are called unto the marriage of the Lamb," (eis to deipnon tou gamou tou arniou keklemenoi) "Who have been called" (invited as guests, redeemed from all ages, who never became members of or served in the Lord’s church), "unto the marriage supper (reception) of the (marriage) of the Lamb," to his bride, his wife. The 1) Jew, the 2) Gentile, and 3) the Church of God constitute the sum total of the redeemed of the ages, 1 Corinthians 10:32.}

^{4) "And he saith unto me," (kai legei moi) "And he says (personally) to me," to John, as a friend to a friend, reaffirming the truth or accuracy of a statement, so that there is none occasion to misunderstand, Daniel 12:10.}

^{5) "These are the true sayings of God," (horitoi hoi logoi alethenoi tou theou estin) "These are (exist as) the true words of God," in explanation of his word in contextual setting, in relation to the end of this age (the church age) and preparation for the glorious Millennial age; Revelation 21:5; Revelation 22:6. There are blessings and rewards to be received by children of God within the church (the bride) not available without it, Ephesians 3:21.}

^{1) "And I fell at his feet to worship him," (kai epesa emprosthen ton podon autou proskuneasai auto) "And I fell in his presence, prone at his feet to worship him," the one who had been instructing me, giving me understanding. This appears to have been Gabriel, the archangel, who led all heaven’s host in the unison Hallelujah chorus at the marriage of the Lamb, Luke 1:11; Luke 1:19; Luke 1:26; Luke 1:30-37; Luke 2:9-14; as they praised him at his birth.}

^{2) "And he said unto me, See thou do it not," (kai legei moi hora me) "And he says to me, See that you do it not, don’t worship me;” Angels are not to be objects of worship, neither men, nor any other creature, Revelation 22:8-9; Acts 10:25-26; Acts 14:11-18; Matthew 4:10; God is to be worshipped and God only, in Spirit and truth, John 4:24; Acts 12:20-23.}

There is no saint worship, preacher worship, relic or image worship or angel worship acceptable to God. Good angels join men in service and worship to God only! Luke 4:8; Hebrews 1:6.}

^{6) "For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy," (he gar merturia lesou estin to pneuma tes propheteias) "Because the witness of Jesus is (exists as) the spirit of prophecy," this is the Revelation of Jesus Christ! See 1 Peter 1:10-12, angels desire to look into it, Exodus 26:19-22; Daniel 12:5-6; Ephesians 3:9-10.}

^{1) "And I saw heaven opened," (kai eidon ton ouranon eneogmenon) "And I saw heaven as it had been opened” as before, but this time there comes forth the conquering King of glory eternal, in resplendent glory with his bride, all the redeemed and his holy angels, to be glorified in his saints and to reign on earth, Matthew 3:16-17; John 1:51; Acts 7:55; Revelation 4:1; 2 Thessalonians 1:6-11.}

^{2) "And behold a white horse," (kai idou hippos leukos) "And behold there was a white horse;” He who sat on the first white horse of Revelation 6:2 was a deceiver, the antichrist, the one posing as the Christ, who rode four different horses, and was received by the world, as pre-told by Jesus, John 5:43; 2 Thessalonians 2:4-5.}

^{3) "And he that sat upon him," (kai ho kathemenos ep’ auton) "And (I saw) the one sitting upon it," riding on the white horse, symbol of honorable triumph in warfare, Psalms 45:3-4; Matthew 21:2-11; He came at his first coming riding a donkey, symbol of service, but comes again, on the white horse in triumph, Revelation 14:14.}

^{4) "Was called Faithful and True," (pistos kaloumenos kai a lethi nos) "He was being called (the) Faithful and (the) True one," the genuine-not a counterfeit, like that of Revelation 6:2; John 5:43.}

^{5) "And in righteousness he doth judge and make war," (kai en dikaiosune krinei kai polemei) "And in righteousness (or justice) he judges and makes war," Isaiah 11:4; 2 Timothy 4:1; 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10, ending the Armageddon and The Tribulation the great, 1 Corinthians 15:24-28.}

^{1) "His eyes were as a flame of fire," (hoi de ophthalmoi aitou phloks puros) "The eyes of him appear to be similar to a flame of fire," penetrating, commanding, and consuming in appearance, Revelation 1:14; Revelation 2:18. He is omniscient, knowing, searching all things.}

^{2) "And on his head were many crowns," (kai epi ten kephalen autou diademata) "And upon his head (were) many diadems, many kingly crowns;” He has passed from a "crown" of thorns - a crown of humiliation and derision, to the crowned "King of kings and Lord of lords;” He is a king come to the judgment of many wicked kings, See? Revelation 12:3; Revelation 13:1; Revelation 17:12-14.}

^{3) "And he had a name written," (echon onoma gegrammenon) "Having a name inscribed," upon the diadem crown, the crown of many crowns, Revelation 2:17; Revelation 3:12; Revelation 19:16. He is the Son Eternal, 1 Timothy 6:15.}

^{4) "That no man knew, but he himself," (ho oudeis oiden ei me autos) "Which no one comprehends except he himself;” None but he knows or comprehends all its depths, Matthew 11:27; 1 Timothy 6:16.}

^{The Divine, Faithful and true rider of this white horse loyally executes judgment in crushing the last earthly form of pagan opposition to God on earth. This is a part of His coming mission, in preparation for his reign over the earth, and the house of Jacob, Luke 1:31-34; 1 Corinthians 15:24-28.}

^{1) "And he was clothed with a vesture," (kai peribeblemenos himation) "And he was clothed round about with a garment;” He had not lost his clothes, though the array in battle had been gory.}

^{2) "Dipped in blood," (bebammenon haima) "That had been dipped in blood;" The blood of his foes over whom he had been victorious in a battle of vengeance for their long held pagan rebellion, Isaiah 63:2-4. Yet, the Christian realizes he had shed his blood to save all his enemies and turned in judgment only after such had despised and rejected a personal offer of salvation, Romans 2:4-7; Proverbs 1:23-30; Proverbs 29:1.}

^{3) "And his name is called," (kai kekletai to onoma autou) "And his name has been called;” John made men familiar with this name, that is above every name, upon the introduction of his gospel, John 1:1-14; Acts 4:12; Colossians 3:17.}

^{4) "The Word of God," (ho logos tou theou) "The word of the true God;” The one who became flesh and dwelt among men, as well as the one by whom all things were made, John 1:1; John 1:14; Hebrews 1:3; 1 John 5:7.}

^{1) "And the armies which were in heaven," (kai ta strateumata ta en to ourans) "And the armies which existed (were in battle array) in heaven;” much as Elijah sawhorses and chariots of fire at Dothan; 2 Kings 2:11; 2 Kings 6:17; Psalms 58:10-11; Colossians 3:4; Judges 1:14-15.}

^{2) "Followed him upon white horses," (ekolouthei auto eph’ hippos leukois) "Followed him (as he led the array) upon white horses;” The donkey-days and donkey-nature of stubbornness, balking, and half-hearted service will one day be ended for all men. Because of redemption and the Redeemed, all shall join him on white horses of triumph at that hour, 1 John 3:2; Matthew 25:31; Zechariah 4:4-5.}

^{3) "Clothed in fine linen, white and clean," (endedumenoi bussinon leukon katharon) "The armies were dressed (uniformed) in fine linen that was both clean and white;” The fine linen, clean and white signifies the righteousness of the Bride who had "made herself ready," and other redeemed, cleansed and redeemed by faith in his blood, Romans 3:24-25; Revelation 5:9-10. Let it be noted that only Christ on the Lead -Great white Horse has a sword - the days of fighting of the redeemed end in death, when the arena of earth’s battles are past; So the armies that follow him have swords and war instruments no more, Isaiah 2:1-5; 1 Corinthians 6:2-3.}

^{1) "And out of his mouth," (kai ek tou stomatos autou) "And out of (going forth from) his mouth, by his word, order or Divine command, as a conqueror moving in wrath.}

^{2) "Goeth a sharp sword," (ekporeuetai hroma okseia) "Proceeds a sharp sword;" The sharp sword is His word of judgment with which he threatened Pergamos etc., Revelation 2:12; Psalms 7:11-13; Isaiah 11:4; 2 Thessalonians 2:8; Hebrews 4:12; Revelation 1:16; Revelation 19:21.}

^{3) "That with it he should smite the nations," (hina en aute patakse ta ethne) "In order that (so that) with it he may smite the nations or races;” This refers to pagan Gentile unbelievers yet remaining on earth, under the beastly antichrist, at that final hour of earthly judgment.}

^{4) "And he shall rule them with a rod of iron," (kai autos poimanei autous en hrabdo sidera) "And he will rule them like a shepherd, with an iron staff;" Matthew 22:44; Revelation 2:27; Psalms 2:9; Daniel 2:35; Daniel 2:44-45; Revelation 12:5. As surely as Jesus was caught up to heaven, raptured in a cloud, he shall return to rule, with a rod of iron, a strong hand, Hebrews 10:36-37; Luke 1:31-34.}

^{1) "And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh," (kai echei epi to himaton kai epi ton meron autou) "And he has upon his garment (robe) vestment and upon his thigh," where the vesture robe covers the thigh; He is dressed for royal reign over the house of David and the whole earth as the Millennial approaches Daniel 2:44-45; Luke 1:31-34; 1 Corinthians 15:24-28.}

^{2) "A name written," (onoma gegrammenon) "A name having been inscribed," which was a name of Royal Honor, the most noble name ever given from heaven, above every name, Philippians 2:9-11; Ephesians 1:20-21; Hebrews 1:4.}

The world that gave him a crown of thorns and a cross for a throne, at his first coming, when he came in humiliation, as a Redeemer and a servant, shall behold the Father’s giving to him the Throne and Power of glory with Resplendent Regal Royalty when he returns to earth in power and great glory. What a day! He is then to be glorified in His Israel and church saints, presided over by 24 Elders, Luke 22:30; Revelation 2:4; Ephesians 3:21.}

^{1) "And I saw an angel standing in the sun," (kai eidon hena angelon hestota en to helio) "Arid I saw one angel standing in the sun;” Which was described as blotted out under the bowls or vials of wrath, Revelation 8:12; Revelation 9:2; Revelation 16:8. But now it shines in resplendent glory; and from its central location in the high heavens the angel gave the "clean up" command.}

^{2) "And he cried with a loud voice," (kai ekraksen en phone megale) "And he cried out in a megaphone like voice;” It is a voice to be heard throughout the mid-heaven by all strong and voracious scavengers, birds of prey, especially the vultures and eagles that soar high in the atmosphere.}

^{3) "Saying to all the fowls," (legon pasin tois orneois) "Saying continually to all the birds," that fly in the heavens, carnivorous, flesh-eating birds, declared to be unclean because of what they ate, Leviticus 11:14.}

^{4) "That fly in the midst of heaven," (tois petomenoisen messouranemati) "To those flying in the mid-heaven," where carnivorous birds (fowls) soar; They were flesh scavengers of every feathered creature under heaven as well, Ezekiel 39:17-22.}

^{5) "Come and gather yourselves together," (deute sunachthete) "Come ye (one and all), assemble yourselves together in colleague or in symphony, for one great purpose;" where "the vulture’s eye hath not seen," Job 28:7.}

A most excellent description of the eagle as a fowl of prey is given in Job 39:27-30 where she is said to soar at God’s command.}

^{1) "That ye may eat the flesh of kings," (hina phagete sarkas basileos) "In order that you all (flesh-eating birds) may eat fleshes of kings(royal rulers) brought low," rulers that in judgment serve only as buzzard bait, for vultures and eagles of the earth, Job 39:27-30; Luke 17:37.}

^{"Fleshes (physical bodies) of ranking army officers captains fleshes you all may eat;" This call seems to be to the region of Megiddo and the valley of Jehoshaphat for the last carnage clean up of all earth’s battles, Zechariah 12:1-9; Joel 2:2-3; Joel 2:11-15.}

^{3) "And the flesh of mighty men," (kai sarkas ischuron) "And flesh-bodies of strong men," even men once strong in physique and worldly functions, such as had since cried in vain for the rocks and mountains to fall on them to hide them from God’s eternal wrath, but there was no hiding place, Revelation 6:14-17; Daniel 5:18-23; Daniel 5:30.}

^{4) "And the flesh of horses," (sarkas hippon) "And fleshes of horses," of numerous kinds of horses.}

^{5) "And of them that sit on them," (kai ton kathemonon ep, auton) "And eat them that sit (ride) upon(the horses)," soldiers killed in battle.}

^{6) "And the flesh of all men," (kai sarkas panton) "And (eat ye) flesh of all manner of men;" These shall all be a final carnage of vulture, eagle, or buzzard bait, Job 39:27-30.}

^{7) "Both free and bond, both small and great," (eleutheron te kai doulon kai mikron kai megalon) "Both freemen and slaves, both small and great ones," by earth’s statues of measures. Such a prophecy is found Ezekiel 32:21-31; Ezekiel 39:17-18.}

^{6) "And against his army," (kai meta tou strateumatos autou) "And with the (white uniformed) army of his," on white horses, Revelation 19:14; Revelation 16:14. Whether those who follow our Lord from glory, on white horses are the redeemed of the ages or an army of Michael’s Defense and offense armed corps who did battle with Satan in heaven, this is a time of Victory for Christ and His own, 2 Thessalonians 1:9-10.}
