1प्रत्येक व्यक्ति शासन के अधिकारियों के अधीन रहे, क्योंकि परमेश्वर की अनुमति से ही अधिकार दिया जाता है और वर्तमान अधिकारों की व्यवस्था परमेश्वर की ओर से है।
