1प्रभु अपने अभिषिक्त राजा कुस्रू से यह कहता है: ‘राष्ट्रों को तेरे अधीन करने के लिए, उनके राजाओं को शक्तिहीन बनाने के लिए मैंने तुझे सामर्थ्य प्रदान किया है। तू उनके नगरों के प्रवेश-द्वार खोलेगा, वे फिर बन्द न होंगे।
