1मूसा ने समस्त इस्राएली समाज को बुलाया, और उनसे यह कहा, ‘ओ इस्राएल! जो संविधियाँ और न्याय-सिद्धान्त आज मैं तुम्हारे कान में डाल रहा हूँ, उनको सुनो। तुम उन्हें सीखना, और उनको व्यवहार में लाने के लिए सदा तत्पर रहना।
