¹וַיֵּשְׁבוּ שָׂרֵי־הָעָם בִּירוּשָׁלִָם; וּשְׁאָר הָעָם הִפִּילוּ גוֹרָלוֹת לְהָבִיא אֶחָד מִן־הָעֲשָׂרָה, לָשֶׁבֶת בִּירוּשָׁלִַם עִיר הַקֹּדֶשׁ, וְתֵשַׁע הַיָּדוֹת בֶּעָרִים׃
